Training; 

a. Back squat; 1 min AMRAP @ 50% bw; rest 2-3 min x 3 sets

b. Strict press; 1 min AMRAP @ 33% bw; rest 2-3 min x 3 sets

c. Deadlift; 1 min AMRAP @ 50% bw ; rest 2-3 min x 3 sets

d. Barbell biceps curl; 1 min AMRAP @ 20% BW; rest 2-3 min x 3 sets

 post total rep score for each movement to comments
