Mixed Aerobic Intervals

Training;

7-10 sets @ a very easy, conversational pace effort;

60 sec row
40m KB X-carry (heavy low, light overhead)
20m bear crawl
20 prisoner step-ups (knee height box)
30 sec decline front leaning rest (feet higher than hands)
rest 1-2 minutes b/t rounds

record round splits for each set, score should be on the money the same time each set AND FEEL EASY EVERY TIME

easy should truly be easy
hard should truly be hard
anything else is a fake-out
