Option 1: 

10,000m row, team of 4
during your rest cycle, complete:
 - 10 push ups or
 - 5 strict pull-ups or
 - 30 sec hollow rock or
 - 10 GHD hip extensions

Option 2: 

- handstand practice (freestanding, belly against the wall too)
  - front lever/upside down deadlift
 - single arm front leaning rest

Option 3: 

- make up a missed workout
