Training:

Option 1:
1) slide work (quarter slide, half, full)
2) breathing technique work on catch and finish of row stroke
3) play and observation of breathing patterns with static SPM + increasing effort
4) 60 sec max avg. watt test

Option 2:
1) muscle up turnover skill work
2) front level practice with assistance/bodyweight deload
3) partner assisted free standing handstand holds and walks

Option 3:
"The Drill"
1) power snatch + hang snatch + overhead squat + snatch
2) snatching from blocks practice
3) snatch deadlift from deficit - practice loads only

Option 4:
1) self-guided MAP 10/Z1 cyclic recovery piece

Option 5:
1) make up Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday session
