Training: 

AMRAP in 40 mins; 

800m run
25 box jumps - 24/20"
15 power cleans - 60/35kg
30 push-ups
6 TGU/side - 35/26lbs
40 2-count mountain climbers

We'll throw all these movements into a hat a draw random orders to rounds
loading is standard across the board, break how ever you want, being that: goal is sustainable effort for 40 minutes, hard, but continuous, even with breaks
post order of movements, total rounds, and thoughts about YOUR experience and how the order might have effected you differently than others
