For 40 minutes, complete the following, in any order, at a very easy effort: 

400m/400m row

20m breakfalling (alternate arms) 

10 toes through rings

KB tight-rope walking

10 Waiter's Windmill e/side

Handstand hold ALAP

bear complex (5x DL/HPC/FS/PP/GM/BS/PP)

21 med-ball toss-overs

  @ 5:30 - movement and mobility (level 1/2 assessments and results interpretations/fixes)
