As many 1-10 unbroken breathing ladders in twenty minutes (1 rep/1 breath/2 reps, 2 breaths, etc.):
1) barbell push press (20/30/40kg)
2) KB swings
3) DB thruster (10/20/30lbs)
ladders only count when done unbroken, e.g., stopping shy of completion of ladder means repeating that same ladder/breath
