AMRAP in 20 minutes:
max time for each movement
- handstand hold
- superman hold
- Palloff hold (each side)
- Iron Cross hold
- L sit on the deck
- side bridge R
- side bridge L

then,

handstand kick ups
handstand hand switches/shoulder touches
handstand push up partial reps
handstand PU negatives/assisted HSPUs

then/or:

10 to 15 minute conversational aerobic piece

Notes:

At 5:30 today, instead of what is programmed above, we'll have our first movement and mobility class.  Free to current FH players.
