60 seconds jump switch lunges (unloaded) 

rest 2 minutes between each round  

3 rounds  

15 push ups

60 seconds KB SDHP

rest 2 minutes between each round

L-hang to failure immediately into

10 hanging knee raises immediately into  

30 sec inverted cross 

rest as needed X 3
