MAP 2-ish (private training)

Training:

6-8 sets;
8 push jerk - 70kg
12 KBS
16 row cals
rest 2:30 between each round

each round has to hold as close to first round as possible, stop when it's too far off, shoot for 8 total sets

scores - 1:38/1:31/1:33/1:30/1:31/1:22

stopped at 6 because the last was too hard and recovery time wasn't enough to be productive the next two sets

we're shooting for more volume here, so we'll keep this at 6, and next session increase the total pieces at the same effort, see if he can hold 8 total sets
