WED AUG 10 - strength + strength endurance

Deadlift: 10,8,6,4,2,4,6,8,10; rest 1-2 minutes between each set

- go up in loading for the first half of the wave, as heavy as possible per set

- repeat the exact same load for the second part of the wave (4-10) 

5 sets; 

10 DB hammer curl to overhead press

15 push ups @ 20X0

10 pendlay rows

15 band pull aparts

rest 2-3 minutes between each set
