Mobility: upper and lower; mashing and active mobility, 15 minutes

implement pull - 6 to 8 lengths of the gym, moderately heavy  

KB cycle: 

5 SA outside swings

5 SA inside swings

5 SA cleans

5 front squats  

5 SA press

5 windmill

rest 1-2 minutes between arms X 3 sets

DB Cuban Press - 3 X 10-15 reps
