TUES AUG 16 - team aerobic intervals

3 sets: 

p1 - 500m row
p2 - rest
p3 - AMRAP: 10 push ups + 5 bar dips
p4 - AMRAP: 10 unbroken KBS overhead; 5 breath break b/t sets
p5 - AMRAP: burpee pull-ups
p6 - rest

Each partner works the duration of the rowing partner's 500m row time, and rotates according to the movement above.   

Post total team time for three sets (3x 500m row/athlete).
