Upper CP Volume

training; 

a1. Strict press: 2-4 reps x 5 sets; rest 2 minutes

a2. Single arm bent over DB row: 10-12 x 5; rest 2 minutes

b. Barbell biceps curls: 20 x 4 sets; rest 60-90 (drag curl OK) 

c. Band triceps pull-down: 150 reps anyhow
