testing; 

clean grip deadlift, build to a 1RM

training; 

barbell squat jumps: 40% or less o less of 1RM back squat; 8,8,8,8,8; rest minimally, 60-90 seconds

then, 

anchored, weighted sit ups (feet anchored by partner, plate in hand): 15-20 reps X 3 sets; rest as needed
