snatch balance series:

5 pressing snatch balance

5 drop snatch balance

5 drop catch

5 heaving snatch balance

5 snatch balance

x 2-3 sets, first with an empty bar, last sets with light load

5 sets;

power snatch

above knee snatch

overhead squat

snatch

rest as needed between each set

add weight if applicable

+

knee jumps x 3 x 5; add load if possible
