complete 32 intervals without rest of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, wherein the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 intervals are push ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and the last 8 intervals are squats.
post total reps for all 32 intervals to comments.
- pick a pull-up style that yields repetitions each interval, if you would hit muscle failure with any style of pull-up, default a step back so that you can accrue reps each 20 second interval
- likewise on push-ups
- if you are retesting this, set a goal pace of reps per interval for each movement or total reps for each movement, and try to stick to it (a number set higher than your previous PR)
