5 front squats, heavy

rest 0 seconds

400m run @ 90% of best effort

rest as needed between sets

notes: 

- take front squat from the ground

- upon last rep, immediately dump the bar and take off on the run

- each run should be almost all out, so take as much rest as needed between each set to make this happen

- aim to keep the FS load the same per set, and try to run faster, or at least maintain your run times
