b. split jerk - 10 minutes of triples, very sub-max load

- we are closed Saturday for our normally scheduled 9AM workout; Thomas is coaching at PacElm at 9AM, you are MORE than welcome to join him for that hour.  Otherwise, see you at Open Gym on Sunday from 12-2.
