training; 

a. deadlift - build to a 5 rep max for the day in 15 minutes

b. KB RDL @ 2020: 15,15,15; rest 2 minutes (standing on a box - extended range of motion, eROM, preferred if you have the structure/mobility for it) 

c. partner assisted prone hip flexion + spine flexion: 20 reps x 3 sets; rest 2-3 minutes

removing technical jargon that might sound unfamiliar, can we agree upon the need (or the lack thereof) of a method and consistent approach to picking heavy things off the ground (innate biologically driven and needed motor pattern), to minimize injury and maximize performance, whatever that marker of performance for you might be?  we'll talk about this in class today - you don't wanna miss it
