I'm linking an article about Stephen Curry rehabilitating his bird bone ankles and the outcome of a somewhat non traditional process that somewhat goes "mainstream" physical therapy recommendations. Pay attention to the description his strength and conditioning coordinator gives about the change in his program design and the given rationale - are most of us putting a bandaid on the problem, or trying to eliminate the problem altogether?
