a1. front squat @ 40X4 (no pause at bottom this time): 3,3,3,3,3; rest 2 minutes- compare to last Friday’s FS

a2. weighted pull-up or weighted negative (5 sec eccentric): 3-4 reps x 5 sets; rest 2 minutes

b. Single arm bottom’s up KB overhead walk: 30 sec/arm x 4 sets; rest 30 seconds
