TRAINING;

ARP in 20 min;

5 deadlifts
5 hang power cleans
5 front squats
5 shoulder to overhead
5 back squats
5 shoulder to overhead

- the bar cannot rest on the ground from the first deadlift to the last shoulder to overhead
- you may only rest after all 30 reps are completed
- weight may NOT change during 20 minute mark
- only full rounds count

men - 60kg
women - 40kg
