WGM Grinder/Alactic Aerobic

Training;

10 minutes to complete, with a partner:
"Tailpipe"
3 rounds AFAP
p1 - 250m row
p2 - dual KB rack hold
then,
10 minutes to complete, with a partner:
6 rounds AFAP
p1 - 15 air squats + 5 burpees
p2 - rest while partner works
then,
10 minutes to complete, with a partner:
3 rounds AFAP
p1 - 21 hang power clean (moderate weight and fast)
p2 - handstand hold

Rules:
- each block cut off at 10 minutes, goal is to finish UNDER 10
- on Tailpipe and HPC/HS hold, if holding partner breaks, other working partner must stop working until the hold is resumed
