Strength Endurance

Training: 

pick one: 

Front Squat @ 20X2: 10 rep max (as many attempts as needed)
or
Close Grip Bench Press @ 20X2: 10 rep max (as many attempts as needed)

Then:

If you completed FS 10RM: 

for time:
30x DB man makers (30-45lbs)  (no shoulder to overhead)

If you complete CGBP 10RM:

for time;
30x front squat/lunge/lunge  

Then: 

60x L-sit scoots , not for time

Wednesday - aerobic intervals (mixed and cyclic)
Thursday - CP strength
Friday - anaerobic capacity
Satuday - off
Sunday - off
