5 push press
5 windmill
5 snatch
5 reverse lunges
rest 1 or so minutes, then repeat on other arm x 2 sets

20 hand to hand Russian swings
5 R arm goblet squats
20 hand to hand Russian swings
5 L arm goblet squats

then, 

for time @ a very very hard effort:  
1000m row
50 burpees
35 box jumps - 24/20"
20 DB man makers (push up/row, push up/row, shoulder/overhead = 1 rep)
