Training:

400m run
30 box jumps
10 deadlifts - very tough
rest 4 minutes
400m run
20 box jumps
20 deadlifts - tough
rest 4 minutes
400m run
10 box jumps
30 deadlifts - moderately tough

Notes:

Very tough: pick a weight you can do for 5 reps unbroken, and complete for 10 total reps; shouldn't be able to complete all 10 reps unbroken

Tough: back off 10-15% of your 10 rep deadlift

Moderately tough: back off 15-20% of your 10 rep deadlift

Example: 10 @ 120kg, 20 @ 100kg, 30 @ 80kg
