Training:

a1. clean grip deadlift @ 1010: 10 sets of 10 reps; rest as needed
a2. goblet squat @ 2010: 5 reps x 10 sets; rest as needed

front leaning rest - ALAP
each time you break, complete 10 ab-mat sit ups

Notes:

- choose a weight for A1 that you can complete each set without regripping or resting on the ground; go up and down in weight as needed
