Training: 

20 seconds thrusters - 30/20kg
rest 40 seconds
20 seconds box jumps - 24/20 inches
rest 40 seconds
20 seconds Db/Kb deadlift - 2pd/1.5pd
rest 40 seconds
x 5 sets
 (pick a pace where you can move the entire 20 seconds for all 15 sets)

rest as needed, then:

death by burpees
1 rep on minute 1,
2 reps on minute 2, etc.,
continue on until you can't fit the required reps in 60 seconds time
