a2. DB walking lunges @ 1010: 10/leg x 5; rest 180 seconds
b1. RDL @ 3110: 4-6 reps x 8; rest 45 seconds
b2. Russian KB swings: 10 reps x 8; rest 45 seconds
c. KB/DB bob and weave: 60 seconds x 3 sets; rest 120-180 seconds
