Today marks the first day of a new month's training plan.  The emphasis of this month: GPP/base fitness.  This means you'll see a lot of variance as we'll be covering all our foundations.  We're also taking this month to test out some benchmarks: three major lifts, three "storms" or classic CrossFit tests, and three other tests that paint a really good picture of your overall fitness starting in the new year.  Post your results every day!  This helps us keep a good handle on improvements and changes needed in the program for YOU.
