a2. seated box jump: 5 reps; rest 120 seconds x 5 sets
b. sumo deadlift: 3,3,3; rest 180 seconds

- build to a top end PP set
- seated jumps are lower (hip even with knee) box to a higher (than hip height) box
- start SDL heavy and hit it for three intense sets
