I had the assumptions that the FieldHouse was going to be a bit bootcamp-ish, or the classes would be filled with hardcore muscle meat heads who were all 20 something. I felt like I wouldn't be able to fit in. I am glad I was wrong. This experience has been amazing. My strength and endurance has been pushed but not aggressively. I feel like not only am I growing in physically, but I am being educated about exercise science and techniques and over all health issues. The coaches at FieldHouse genuinely care and want to see everyone grow and succeed. It's not just "here's a random workout, get it done or get out, but more so: where do you want to be , and let us show you how to get there. I wish I had more friends that lived in Dallas because I would be constantly bringing in new people. Thanks for all you guys do!
This is more than just a workout program. It is focused on the whole health of a person from detailed nutrition programs with practical applications to pre-hab work to ensure injuries are avoided. I have never felt so in tune with my body and what I need to do to grow as an athlete.
I absolutely love the coaching. It's incredibly well thought out and structured. They know exactly how to motivate me and that's led me to the best fitness I've ever had. The environment is all about community. The FieldHouse is by far the best gym I've ever been a part of.
The main reason I train here is due to the coaching. When deciding on a good gym, I want to go somewhere where I feel I have coaches/trainers that truly care about me, my well being and my progress. You all pay attention and remember my strengths and weaknesses, working with me even though I can't do certain movements at certain times. A great gym is all based around coaching and you all have that. You care and I love that.
